Requirements for Grain Laborer:
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of grain handling and storage
Strong agricultural background
Responsibilities of Grain Laborer:
Dump trucks, load/unload vessels and railcars
Weigh outbound grain going to export vessels, trucks, and outbound railcars
Keep accurate records of weights, transfers, and binning
Be precise in daily work habits to prevent mixing of grain in bins
Work closely with state graders, weigh man, and other outside contractors
