Essential Personnel is seeking professional candidates to fill 1st and 2nd shift Maintenance Mechanic positions in Omaha, NE. Must have knowledge of equipment, machines, tools, occupational hazards and proper safety precautions. $25.55 - $34.60 per hour based on experience.

Requirements for Maintenance Mechanic:

• Exhibit knowledge in diagnosis, maintenance and repair of plant equipment

• Proficiently return equipment into service

• Skills in repairing equipment, machines or systems using required tools

• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet conditions

• Perform all occupational safety and hazard procedures in conjunction with all essential duties

Responsibilities for Maintenance Mechanic :

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment, machines and tools

• Inspect drives, motors, belts, check fluid levels, replace filters and perform maintenance actions

• Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work

• Dismantle devices to gain access to remove and repair / replace defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools and power tools

• Maintain proper inventory of required parts
