Requirements for Maintenance Tech:
Mechanical Background
Welding experience
Experience in material handling, building equipment, or ammonia refrigeration.
Basic computer skills
Interact and communicate with leads/ supervisors
Working in a cold environment
Able to work evenings and weekends, if needed.
Responsibilities for Maintence Tech:
Monitoring building system operations
Has experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and heating and cooling
Problem solving
Perform maintenance on equipment if needed
Follows OSHA and EPA requirments
Identify and report any safety concerns
Report on operational errors
Communicating and reporting to Management or Customers
