Our Staffing Managers create new business leads in a variety of industries for temporary, temp to hire, and direct hire services as well as working diligently to find top talent for those positions. Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry is NOT required as we will provide training to teach you our business and industry, but we do prefer candidates that have the drive to identify and create new business and relationships! The ideal candidate will consistently generate and diligently follow-up on all leads from new/existing business to finding the talent to fulfill all client’s needs. This position also requires phone and resource recruiting, interviewing candidates, meeting with clients regularly, and administrative duties. Position offers salary + commission opportunities, opportunity for advancement, and full benefits including group health, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, PTO and a matching 401(k).
