Essential Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to fill a Customer Service Representative position at a company in Des Moines. Hours are M-F, 12:30pm- 9pm. Candidates must have at least 2 years of clerical experience. An ideal candidate should enjoy working with clients, be able to work independently, and have a great attendance record.
Requirements for Receptionist:
Able to work independently and with vendors.
Computer literate and comfortable in Excel and other Microsoft products.
Customer Service
Responsibilities for Receptionist:
Answer incoming phone calls
Code and verify credit card expense reports and invoices.
Attend department meetings to add input, take notes or distribute information.
Maintain and create calendars for shipments, truck drivers and companies.
Partner with inventory and operations to research inventory discrepancies and misplacements
MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN ON FIRST SHIFT FOR AT LEAST A WEEK
