Essential Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to fill a Quality Assurance Technician position in Boone, IA. As a Quality Assurance Technician you will gain knowledge of the facility, general food and ingredients production procedures, handle tasks through completion and look for ways to improve the process and personal performance.
Requirements for Quality Assurance Technician:
Able to work independently
Maintain, monitor and adjust equipment as needed
Conduct and report internal audits & evaluations
Strong attention to detail, analytical, verbal and written communication
Previous experience in Food production or manufacturing
Implement and improve quality processes
Responsibilities for Quality Assurance Technician:
Perform quality checks
Ability to work on 2nd Shift
Monitor flow of product
Ensure finished product upholds standards
Maintain clean and safe environment
