The ideal Machine Maintenance Technician will assist in direct support for internal customers, waste reduction, preventative and active maintenance and cross-functionally throughout the organization

Qualifications for the Machine Maintenance Technician

• 5 years of machine maintenance in a production environment

• Direct experience with industrial equipment such as laser cutters, robotic welders, punch presses and CNC machines.

• Electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control experiences are required

• Previous experience with PLC and CMMS applications

• Ability to think critically to perform preventative maintenance and analyze data

Responsibilities for the Machine Maintenance Technician

• Plan and direct workflow

• Provide technical support for production equipment

• Support the NPI process

• Develop maintenance processes and documentation

• Deliver training for manufacturing operations and processes

• Accurately perform required computer data entry and work order transactions
