5 years of manufacturing experience
2 years of leadership experience
2 years of business planning along with other departments
Detail oriented
Good Written and verbal communication
Responsibilities for the Production Supervisor
Plan and direct workflow
Lead meetings with staff regarding production schedule and expectations
Enforce company policy consistently and holds team accountable to standards
Identify workplace safety hazards and areas of improvement
Monitor performance and training of current and new employees
Adhering to production schedules
