Essential Screens continues to grow and is seeking to add to its sales team. Essential Screens is a national background screening and drug testing company located in Grand Island, NE. We are achieving this high rate of growth because we strive to provide the highest quality and most responsive customer service in the industry. You will work with human resource professionals and other administrators to support their background check and drug screening programs in the United States and Puerto Rico. As an account development manager you will contact prospective new clients nationally, provide immediate follow up, have strong communication skills and become an expert in our industry. In addition to establishing and maintaining business relationships, you will also be conducting background checks and researching cases, negotiating contracts and attending conferences. When fully qualified, you work with minimal supervision.
Training is provided to include Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) certification. Initial training to become a fully qualified account development manager takes approximately 60 days, but is tailored to the needs of the individual. We believe in learning-by-doing, so most of the training is done by working with an established account development manager who mentors and provides direct feedback.
