Requirements for Account Manager:

Prefer 2 years of customer service or sales experience
Responsibilities for Account Manager:
Conduct in-person interviews
Engage prospect clients
Provide solutions for client struggles
Develop relationships with client hiring managers
Conduct due diligence research for sales opportunities
Manage base of candidates and applicants, including immediate follow up
