In this position, you won t just support the team you ll help drive efficiency, keep communication flowing, and ensure both customers and coworkers have the support they need to succeed.
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
Experience with accounting and payroll processes
Proficiency in QuickBooks
A customer-first mindset with a positive, helpful attitude
Ability to support a variety of administrative functions across teams
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact by answering and directing calls with professionalism
Manage accounting and payroll tasks using QuickBooks
Deliver a positive customer experience by responding to questions and resolving concerns promptly
Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and staff
Help coordinate and maintain vendor and external service relationships
Keep files, records, and documentation organized and up to date
Schedule meetings, appointments, and assist with calendar coordination
Handle general office tasks such as copying, mailing, and document preparation
Support special projects and additional duties as needed
