Essential Personnel is seeking individuals that have construction skills and assembly knowledge, in the Northeast Nebraska area. This position is hands on and has the satisfaction to see the result after the work is done! Ideal candidates for this position are good at working with their hands, are able to us use basic hand tools, follow directions, have the ability to retain assembly information, be able to work independently, and have a great attendance record.

Requirements for Assembly:

• Able to work independently

• Superior attendance record

• Hard worker

• Complete assembly in a timely manner

• Ability to follow direction

Responsibilities for Assembly:

• Assemble parts for and onto trailers

• Inspect final product from completed assembly

• Light cleaning duties

• Complete tasks in timely manner
