Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands and takes pride in building quality equipment? Essential Personnel is seeking a dependable and motivated Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Osmond, Nebraska!
This hands-on position gives you the opportunity to work with agricultural equipment while using blueprints, hand tools, and wiring components to bring products together. If you have assembly experience, mechanical aptitude, or basic electrical troubleshooting skills, that s a plus but we re willing to consider the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!
Requirements for Assembly Technician:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Previous assembly experience is preferred
Comfortable using hand tools
Ability to wire electrical components
Basic electrical troubleshooting skills are a plus
Strong attention to detail and quality
Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Responsibilities for Assembly Technician:
Read and follow blueprints and assembly instructions
Assemble agricultural machinery and equipment
Use hand tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks
Install and wire electrical components as needed
Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
Follow safety procedures and production standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Work efficiently to meet production goals
