As an Auction Crew member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our auctions.

Requirements for Auction Crew

• Ability to work flexible hours, with overnight travel

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to work collaboratively with team members

• Familiarity with using T&M Check-in App is a plus

Responsibilities for Auction Crew

• Layout the entire lot with designated spaces for add-ons and additional holes for future add-ons

• Utilize the T&M Check-in App to check in equipment with accurate details such as date, VIN numbers, mileage, engine codes, and engine hours

• Coordinate with team for placement of incoming equipment and verify VIN numbers on trucks and trailer

• Collaborate with the wash crew to ensure they have the necessary equipment for cleaning

• Ensure all equipment is parked.

• Submit all add-ons and equipment specifications

• Assist customers by promptly jumping equipment when needed

• Verify that all tags remain on equipment after washing and place correction cards as required

• Ensure buyer tags are placed on equipment the night before the sale
