Requirements for Bilingual Recruiter:

• Be self-motivated

• Spanish/English bilingual

• Prefer 2 years of customer service or sales experience

Responsibilities for Bilingual Recruiter:

• Conduct in-person interviews

• Engage prospect clients

• Provide solutions for client struggles

• Develop relationships with client hiring managers

• Conduct due diligence research for sales opportunities

• Manage base of candidates and applicants, including immediate follow up

• Meet and/or exceed set goals
