Seeking a Bilingual Training Specialist!! Essential Personnel is seeking a self starter with strong organizational skills, a demonstrated proficiency in training development/presentation. MUST HAVE clear communication and writing skills in English and Spanish. Ability to work both as an individual contributor as well as in a team environment, computer software skills in Microsoft word, excel, and office.
Requirements for Bilingual Training Specialist:
Able to work independently as well in a team environment
Strong organizational skills
Demonstrated proficiency in training development/presentation
Must have clear communication and writing skills in English and Spanish
Microsoft Word, Excel and other Office
High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of experience of employee training
EHS program training - preferred
Responsibilities for Bilingual Training Specialist:
Delivering, developing, tracking and monitoring Employee Training
Support and implementation of Safety and Learning Management System
Facilitate all New hire on-boarding processes
Manage PPE reimbursement programs
