Responsibilities for Branch Manager:

• Conduct in person interviews

• Business to business sales development

• Provide solutions to meet clients needs

• Manage base of candidates and applicants

• Provide urgent follow up

• Meet and/or exceed set goals

• Motivate and encourage team

• Monitor team activities, coach, and grow team
