Candidates must have a desire to build relationship through lead generation, B2B sales and account management. An ideal candidate is willing to do the right thing, work with the team to impact lives, complete screens and build sales as a representative of our company. Background Screening for the Business Development Consultant:
Combine knowledge of our product with your good work ethic to complete accurate screens.
Effective time management skills to respond promptly to clients and prospects.
Ensure quality and timely screening services.
Perform a wide variety of interrelated assignments.
Identify and solve moderately complex procedural issues.
Can identify solutions to non-standard requests.
Complete documentation for all interactions within the screening process.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Sales Development for the Business Development Consultant:
Act as a dedicated Account Manager responsible for relationships with existing and new clients.
Engage prospects via phone.
Identify prospects needs and understand business drivers behind requests.
Exceptional follow-up with potential clients.
Create positive relationships with prospects and clients.
Understands lead qualification and works to develop process and accuracy.
Polite phone interactions that can handle objections in order to meet prospects needs.
Provide expertise in a technical administrative field.
Maintains at least two hours of call time per day.
Meet sales targets and call quotas.
