Job Description
Join our growing company at Essential Screens. A leaders in providing criminal background and drug screening services to employers throughout the United States. In this position doing Business Development you will be responsible for generating new business, managing accounts, negotiating service agreements and developing client relationships. Training is available! Ideal candidates will have experience with sales and customer development, have strong computers skills, phone skills and the ability to work urgently.

Proactively call leads to offer services
Become an expert in our industry
Negotiate services agreements
Set and meet sales goals
