Candidates must have proven experience as a CNC Operator, with laser experience preferred. An ideal candidate should have strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, be able to read blueprints, and have a great attendance record.

Requirements for Laser Operator:

• Proficient in reading mechanical drawings/blueprints and using precision measuring tools

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and solid shop math

• Forklift experience required (certification preferred)

• Basic computer skills for program loading and data entry

Responsibilities for Laser Operator:

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC laser cutting machines for high-precision production

• Load and edit CNC programs and set machines for full cycles

• Load sheet metal into bays and safely use a forklift to move materials

• Perform first-part and random inspections using calipers, gauges, and tape measures

• Perform daily machine maintenance and advanced troubleshooting

• Separate and "pick" parts from skeletons, stack, and package finished goods
