Essential Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to fill a Cleaning Service Technician positions in Des Moines, IA. Ideal candidate will have the hunger to learn new skills, have an eye for detail, and an ability to work as a team.
Requirements for Cleaning Service Technician:
Ability to work in various working conditions
Comfortable with reading tape measures
Ensure that all cleaning requirements are met from sanitation to clean up
Communication with team and clients
Construction or janitorial experience preferred
Ability to manage time effectively
Must have active driver's license
Responsibilities for Cleaning Service Technician:
Deciding appropriate cleaning techniques and selecting suitable materials to complete work
Inspecting area and making judgements for proper cleaning and pick up
Usage of hand tools
On call rotation with team in case of emergencies (bonuses offered)
Replacing any tools or material necessary to ensure clean up or sanitation is performed properly
