Seeking a Crew Lead in the construction industry who is ready for a new challenge! Essential Personnel is filling a Crew Lead position at a construction company in Columbus. Candidates must have at least 1-2 years of construction and leadership experience.   • Oversee and complete work on various construction sites
  • Develop and implement timeline of projects

  • Building decks
  • Bathroom remodeling
  • Hanging drywall, including finish and texture
  • General clean-up
  • Painting
  • Various handyman projects
