Respond to e-mail and phone inquires in a timely manner
Ensure accurate and prompt turnaround of all reports
Communicate with candidates and clients to follow up on background screens
Display excellent phone skills when completing employment verification
Scheduling appointments
Meet daily, weekly and monthly expectations
