As a third party administrator of DOT programs, we are seeking a highly organized and motivated DOT Compliance Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring all Department of Transportation (DOT regulations) are met.

Requirements for DOT Compliance Specialist:
Experience in DOT compliance or a related field.
Strong understanding of DOT regulations.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.
Experience in a transportation or safety-related field.
Responsibilities for DOT Compliance Specialist:
Maintain and manage random drug testing programs and Clearinghouse data.
Schedule DOT physicals, drug tests, and other required tests for drivers.
Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
Proactively follow up on incomplete tasks and ensure timely completion of all DOT compliance actions
Provide exceptional customer service to drivers, companies, and medical review officers.
Stay up-to-date on all DOT regulations and ensure compliance.
Maintain accurate and detailed records.
