Essential Personnel in Kearney is hiring for multiple Diesel Service Technicians at an agricultural equipment provider. Candidates should be able to independently perform advanced diagnostics, service repairs and provide maintenance work on customer and/or dealer owned agricultural and turf equipment.

Requirements for Diesel Service Technicians:

• Any level of mechanic experience, 3 or more years highly preferred

• Must be able to provide own tools

• Must be a reliable candidate with stellar work history

• Able to follow company safety guidelines

Responsibilities for Diesel Service Technicians:

• Performs sophisticated diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment

• Participates in training programs essential for skills and knowledge development

• Maintain current knowledge of products and equipment

• Operates and maintains vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment

• Follows all safety guidelines while performing work assignments

• Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments

• Accounts for all time and materials used in performing assigned duties

• May perform diagnostics and repairs in the field
