Essential Personnel is adding to their Norfolk team and we're looking for team players! As an Employment Consultant you will be scheduling appointments, answering phones. interviewing candidates. working with candidates in the onboarding process, working with the businesses that are current clients to find the right employees and working to establish new clients and spread the word about the great service Essential Personnel provides to businesses. Successful candidates will be customer focused, have self-confidence, and take pride in both personal and team successes. Preferred candidates will have two years of customer service experience and sales.
