Are you a skilled Equipment Operator looking for a new opportunity? We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a telehandler forklift to move heavy materials, tools, and equipment across the job site. Requirements for Equipment Operator:
Previous experience in construction or warehouse operations
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance
Responsibilities for Equipment Operator:
Operate a telehandler forklift to move heavy materials, tools, and equipment across the job site
Load and unload trucks and deliver materials to elevated areas as needed
Support crews by assisting with general site duties when not operating equipment
Conduct daily inspections and perform basic maintenance on the machine
Follow all site safety procedures and communicate effectively with ground crews and spotters

Being a cat mom isn’t the only responsibility of Jessica Slama’s. Jessica joined Essential Personnel in 2014 and is responsible for managing our branches. When asked, what childhood lesson has set her up for success she says, “My dad shaped my work ethic into what it is today by teaching me from a young age about accountability and why it’s so important in our daily lives”. We also discovered she gets her excitable personality from her mother.
