Love working in a fast-paced production environment? Essential Personnel is hiring Feed Mill Production Workers. This full-time position offers Monday-Friday hours with a starting pay of $21/hour. A Class B CDL is a plus, but not required. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team that produces quality livestock feed.
Feed Mill Production Worker Responsibilities:
Operate all feed manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
Follow quality assurance procedures for ingredient receiving, loadout, and bagging
Mix and prepare livestock feed according to production standards
Assist with production scheduling, inventory planning, and inventory control
Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs as needed
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Feed Mill Production Worker Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or feed mill experience is a plus, but not required
Class B CDL is a plus, but not required
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Dependable, reliable, and punctual
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
