Requirements for General Operator:
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Knowledge of trucks and equipment preferred
Ability to think clearly and solve problems
Dependable and able to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible to work seasonal hours
Responsibilities of Location Operator:
Oversee day-to-day operations at the assigned location
Operate forklifts, tractors, lawn mowers, and other equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with grain, agronomy products, and feed operations
Load and unload grain, feed, and agronomy products
Perform general equipment and building maintenance
Assist with inventory management
Complete housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe facility
Help customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assist with agronomy operations during slower seasons
Perform other duties as assigned
