Love staying busy and being part of the harvest season? Essential Personnel is hiring Temporary Harvest Help for our Clients in the Wisner, Newman Grove, NE area. We are looking for dependable workers to help keep grain facilities running smoothly during the busy harvest season. Positions include Scale Clerks, and General Harvest Help.
Harvest Help Responsibilities:
Assist with unloading and moving grain throughout the facility
Monitor and assist with grain dryers as needed
Operate or assist with grain handling equipment
Weigh trucks and assist with scale operations
Complete scale tickets and maintain accurate records
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Assist truck drivers and elevator operators as needed
Perform general labor and other duties assigned during harvest
Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced harvest environment
Harvest Help Requirements:
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
Dependable, reliable, and punctual
Willing to work long hours, weekends, and overtime during harvest
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and ability to work well with a team
Good attention to detail, especially for scale clerk positions
Previous grain elevator or agricultural experience is a plus, but not required

Boy, are we lucky to have Connie Wilson as our Norfolk Sr. Branch Manager.
