A local company is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to fill an Insurance Salesman position at a company in Grand Island. Candidates must have at least six months or more of clerical/administration experience. An ideal candidate should enjoy working with the public, be able to work independently, have a great attendance record, be organized, friendly, self motivated and have the ambition to grow in and around the community

Requirements for Insurance Salesman:

• Able to work independently

• Superior attendance record

• Hard worker

• Self motivated

• Customer service

• Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities for Insurance Salesman :

• Answer phones

• Contact new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales objectives

• Marketing

• Participate in sales meetings and on-site training

• Negotiate and use persuasion skills to overcome objections

• Verbal Communication Skills
