Kitchen Crew Member Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items: breakfast sandwiches, fried foods, soups, pizzas, hot case items, and more
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked
Monitor food freshness and rotate items to reduce waste
Safely operate kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, slicers, etc.)
Take and fulfill customer orders with a smile
Package and label hot and cold items for grab-and-go
Assist with cleaning, closing procedures, and deliveries as needed
Follow all store and company policies
Kitchen Crew Member Requirements:
Experience in a kitchen environment preferred
Knowledge of food safety guidelines
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills

Boy, are we lucky to have Connie Wilson as our Norfolk Sr. Branch Manager. Connie has a passion for the staffing industry and working with clients to help them find the employees they are looking for and working with the candidates to find the job for them! As a child, Connie wanted to be a cosmetologist so working with people has always been important to her! Connie’s passion outside of work is adoption, she has been very fortunate to have an adopted daughter and knows how impactful that is for not only the child but the parents as well! What keeps Connie busy outside of the office? Two things, her poodle mix dog Bloo and playing detective while watching crime story shows.
