Essential Personnel is seeking an experienced candidate to fill an Laser Operator position at a company in Lindsay NE. Candidate must a great attendance record. An ideal candidate should enjoy working a fast paced environment, be able to work independently, and work with a team.
Requirements for Laser Operator:
Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, and work orders, to determine material requirements and assembly instructions.

Can work at a fast pace
General tool knowledge
Responsibilities for Laser Operator:
Sets up and operates fabricating machines, such as brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, and drill presses.
Accurately measuring and precisely cutting materials involved in the assigned work
Operates CNC machines to meet part per hour requirements
Do simple setups, change punches and die sets, bits and saw blades.
