Requirements for Industrial Painter/Grinding:
Previous experience in industrial painting and grinding
Knowledge of different painting techniques and equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
Responsibilities for Industrial Painter/Grinding:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer
Mix and apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, and brushing
Operate grinding equipment to smooth and finish surfaces
Inspect finished work for quality and make any necessary touch-ups
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
