Are you looking for a part-time position with great pay? We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Kitchen Crew Member. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area. This position also involves cross-training as a cashier and assisting with general janitorial tasks.
Kitchen Crew Member Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of food safety guidelines
Kitchen Crew Member Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook kitchen menu items such as breakfast sandwiches, fried foods, soups, pizzas, and hot case items
Assist customers with their needs and sales inquiries
Cross-train as a cashier and assist with general janitorial tasks
Ensure all food is prepared, handled, and stored according to food safety guidelines
Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift
Monitor food levels and freshness, rotating items as needed to minimize waste
Operate kitchen equipment (slicers, fryers, ovens, etc.) safely and efficiently
Take and fulfill customer orders in a friendly and timely manner
Package and label hot and cold case items for grab-and-go sales
Assist with daily cleaning, sanitizing, and closing procedures
Help unload and stock deliveries when needed
Follow all store and company policies and procedures
