Responsibilities for the Shop Technician:
Diagnose and repair trailers and related equipment
Perform custom work including brake jobs, suspension, welding, and electrical troubleshooting
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure safety and performance
Requirements for the Shop Technician:
Previous experience with trailer or equipment repair preferred
Strong mechanical skills and a problem-solving mindset
Dependable, motivated, and a true team player
Must supply your own tools
