This position involves operating equipment and performing essential production tasks such as filling, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products under general supervision. Requirements for Machine Operator:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
Good communication skills
Responsibilities for Machine Operator:
Operate and monitor machinery during production processes
Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues with machinery
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Complete production reports and documentation accurately and timely
