• CWI Certification

• Engineering experience

• Welding experience

• Solid leadership skills

• Strong project management skills

Responsibilities for Manufacturing Engineer:

• Lead welding projects

• Review procedures

• Develop concepts on capital projects

• Review new parts and processes

• Analyze and provide solutions for problems
