Are you skilled in welding or interested in learning a high-demand trade? Essential Personnel is seeking a dedicated Welder to join our team in Ainsworth, NE. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is crucial in the manufacturing of our trusted, high-quality products.
Welder Responsibilities:
Assemble and weld parts to fabricate metal products
Set up components for welding based on part specs
Align materials using calipers, rulers, clamps, and other tools
Operate MIG and wire welders to work with various metals and alloys
Ensure quality and accuracy in every weld
Meet production deadlines while maintaining safety and precision
Perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, and reaching throughout your shift
Welder Requirements:
At least 1 year of welding experience preferred, but not required we ll train motivated individuals!
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Capable of lifting 50 lbs or more
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively
Strong ethical standards and professionalism
