Are you a skilled Welder looking for a new opportunity in Ainsworth, Nebraska? Essential Personnel is seeking a motivated individual to join a close-knit team and work directly with our client's General Manager to create top-quality products through precision, skill, and craftsmanship.
Welder Requirements:
1+ year of welding experience preferred (training available for motivated individuals)
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
Clear communicator with strong teamwork skills
Organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple tasks
Welder Responsibilities:
Fabricate metal products by assembling and welding components
Set up materials for welding using detailed specifications
Align parts using calipers, rulers, clamps, and other precision tools
Operate MIG and wire welders on various metals and alloys
Ensure every weld meets high quality and safety standards
Meet production goals while keeping safety the top priority
Perform physical, hands-on work including lifting, standing, walking, and reaching throughout your shift
