In this role, you will work alongside the General Manager to build high-quality products that showcase precision, pride, and attention to detail. Welder Requirements:
At least 1 year of welding experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate!)
Strong eye for detail and commitment to producing quality work
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
Comfort working in a fast-paced production setting
Solid communication and teamwork skills
Organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks
Welder Responsibilities:
Fabricate and assemble metal components into finished products
Prepare and position materials using blueprints and detailed specs
Align and secure parts with precision tools like calipers, rulers, and clamps
Operate MIG and wire welders on a variety of metals and alloys
Inspect welds to ensure they meet strict quality and safety standards
Stay on track with production goals while keeping safety first
Perform active, physical work throughout your shift (lifting, standing, walking, reaching)
