Requirements for position:

• 1st and 2nd shift available

• Responsible to adhere to all GMP (Good Food Practices), SQF (Safe Quality Foods), and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) as required by Plant Regulations

• Team oriented and ability to lead a small production crew

• Strong verbal, written and phone communicator

• Detail oriented and able to fill out documentation accurately

• Responsible for all oversite and quality of product being produced

• Focus on food safety and customer needs in all aspects of work
