Requirements for Lab Technician:

• Previous experience in a greenhouse or plant-related field is a plus

• Ability to work effectively in a climate-controlled environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  

Responsibilities for Lab Technician:

• Plant propagation and cultivation

• Monitoring plant growth and health

• Watering, fertilizing, and pruning plants as needed

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

• Following safety protocols and procedures
