Do you have experience in electrical assembly? Are you goal-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for an Electrical Assembly Technician to be responsible for assembling or modifying electrical or electronic equipment, such as electrical panels, switch kits, motors, or hydraulic cylinders. You will also be required to test equipment such as telemetering systems, electric motors, and center drives.
Electrical Assembly Technician Requirements:
Must be able to read a tape measure and blueprints
Must have knowledge of caliper gauges and computers
Must be familiar with hand tools drills, screwdrivers, etc
Previous wiring experience is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required
Ability to work with little supervision
Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
Ability to communicate effectively with others
Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task
Electrical Assembly Technician Responsibilities:
Assemble or modify electrical or electronic equipment
Test equipment such as telemetering systems, electric motors, and center drives
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Use hand tools and equipment effectively
Work in a fast-paced environment to meet production deadlines
Work overtime and weekends as required
