Essential Personnel is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for an full-time role at a manufacturing facility in Minden, NE. This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician with strong mechanical and electrical skills who is eager to work in a fast-paced production environment. Preferred candidates will have previous mechanical maintenance experience, proficiency in troubleshooting various motor controls, machines and equipment and be certified in AB PLC Programming and HVAC. An ideal candidate will be confident in troubleshooting complex equipment, performing routing and preventative maintenance and have a superior attendance record.
Requirements for Maintenance Technician:
2 years of experience in a maintenance or electrical role
Strong mechanical aptitude
Attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
Proficiency with electrical systems
Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician:
Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs
Diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC systems
Service and support computer-controlled systems
