Are you a skilled CAD Drafter looking for an exciting opportunity in the construction industry? We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a Construction Project CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for creating detailed plans and designs for construction projects.
Construction Project CAD Drafter Requirements:
Minimum of Associate of Applied Science in Architectural Drafting or related degree
At least two year's work-related experience
Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD, AutoDesk 3D Studio Max Design, SolidWorks, Excel and Word
Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members
Experience in coordinating structural, electrical, and mechanical designs
Construction Project CAD Drafter Responsibilities:
Produce designs, blueprints, and charts for construction projects
Collaborate with project coordinators and estimators to prioritize tasks
Communicate progress updates daily
Visit job sites for measurements and elevations
Coordinate with manufacturing managers to solve design problems
Attend crew and management meetings
Assist in loading and staging parts and equipment as needed
Support Manufacturing draftsperson when required
