Are you a skilled Construction Project Manager looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating project activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and resolving any issues that may arise during construction.
Construction Project Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures
Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
Coordinate project activities with crew members, subcontractors, and design professionals
Set up and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion
Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress reports
Investigate and resolve any damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites
Ensure on-site safety procedures are followed
Travel to project locations to review progress and address any issues
Perform occasional duties such as material handling and heavy lifting
Inspect job sites and ensure specifications are being met
Protect financial position through change orders and cost tracking
