Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints

A willingness to learn and grow through cross-training
Assemble mechanical and electrical components with precision
Install parts and systems according to design requirements
Read and follow installation diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
Perform operational testing and basic troubleshooting
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Step in to support other areas of production as needed

Boy, are we lucky to have Connie Wilson as our Norfolk Sr. Branch Manager.
