We re looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join a dynamic manufacturing facility specializing in agricultural equipment. If you enjoy designing, problem-solving, and building machines that make a difference in the ag world, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities of Mechanical Engineer:

• Design and improve mechanical systems for ag equipment (balers, sprayers, harvesters, etc.)

• Create detailed CAD models and drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD

• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to optimize designs

• Conduct testing to ensure performance, safety, and durability

• Troubleshoot design and production issues and implement practical solutions

• Support prototyping, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Contribute to lean manufacturing efforts and product innovation

• Ensure designs meet engineering, safety, and compliance standards

• Maintain technical documentation and revision histories

  Requirements for Mechanical Engineer:

• 1+ years of mechanical engineering experience (preferably in manufacturing or ag equipment)

• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent)

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes like welding, machining, and assembly

• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindset

• Bonus: Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or mobile equipment

• Background in agricultural or heavy equipment design

• Experience with FEA, root cause analysis, ISO/ASME standards
