This is a full-time opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys tackling challenges that improve machinery and farming efficiency.
Design, develop, and refine mechanical systems for equipment such as balers, sprayers, and harvesters
Build precise CAD models and drawings using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools
Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to bring designs to life
Test and validate product performance, safety, and durability
Troubleshoot and resolve design or production challenges
Support prototyping, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Contribute to lean manufacturing efforts and product innovation
Ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards while maintaining detailed technical documentation
1+ year of mechanical engineering experience (agriculture or manufacturing preferred)
Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent)
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes (welding, machining, assembly)
Analytical thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills
Bonus: Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, FEA, or mobile equipment
Knowledge of ISO/ASME standards and root cause analysis
Background in agricultural or heavy equipment design is a plus
